Went to Caloundra for the day so came to Jow for lunch. Ordered 4 different meals and they all came out reasonably quick and super hot. Not too expensive either. Food was good but nothing amazing.

Jow Noodles is our go-to. We get take away every other week. Schezuan Hot Beef and the Combo Fried Rice are my favourites! My husband loves the Wonton Soup.

This was one of the best rainbow beef meals I've had.. Most noodle box places fill the bowl half full of rice, but here, this bowl has to be 70% beef 30% veg and sauce yumm!!!! No rice at all.. 10 wait in the afternoon, quick and easy.
